Is PSCC approved in South Dakota?
The PSCC, SD Responsible Serving® Course has been approved by the SD Dept of Revenue and Regulation, the certifying organization for alcohol seller / server training in South Dakota. The course helps the state lower the occurrences of underage drinking, alcohol poisoning, and DUI's. Although South Dakota currently has few dram shop laws, giving limited liability to those serving alcohol, it is still important for businesses to take steps to ensure their patrons have a safe and fun time while in their care.
